Formed in 1982 in Harrisburg, PA, Bret, Bobby and Rikki sold everything they had and moved to LA in an old ambulance and a beat-up Chevette. They lived in poverty as they worked their way up the LA scene. In 1985, C.C. DeVille joined the band. Poison began dominating the strip and changing the face of LA music which ultimately landed them a record deal. The rest is ground breaking history! They released a successful album, went on tour with bands such as Ratt and Quiet Riot. Then MTV and radio embraced the band and they exploded on a national level. Poison has sold millions of albums and is known for hits such as "Nothin' But A Good Time," "Talk Dirty To Me" and "Every Rose Has Its Thorn," which went to number one on the Billboard Singles Chart.
